Ingredients:

1 cup waffle recipe made from commercial mix
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped ham
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Make waffle recipe according to mix instructions. Beat in the cheese. Pour over a preheated waffle iron. Sprinkle with ham and parsley. Bake until steam stops. Yield: 2 servings
