Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Orange juice
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Peanut oil
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 4 Salmon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
Directions
In 1 quart measure, mix all ingredients except salmon steaks. Place salmon steaks in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over salmon steaks; cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Grill salmon, on uncovered grill, 6 inches above hot grill 5 minutes. Carefully turn salmon steaks, brush with marinade and grill 5 minutes longer or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
