Strawberry Tuxedos Recipe

Fresh strawberries
White chocolate
Sweet or semi-sweet chocolate

Wash strawberries, leaving stems on. Pat dry on paper towels. Melt white chocolate. Holding the stems, dip berries 3/4 the way in the white chocolate. Rest berries on stem to harden chocolate. When white chocolate is hard, melt sweet or semi-sewwt chocolate. Hold the white- dipped berries at a 45 degree angle and dip each side in dark chocolate, creating a "V" effect. At the top of the white chocolate, using the plastic end of a small paint brush, draw a bow tie with dark chocolate. Add 2 dark chocolate dots to look like buttons. Let dark chocolate harden..
