Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1/2 cup honey
2 cups barbecue sauce, your choice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

1 In a medium, nonporous bowl, combine the garlic, shallot, honey, barbecue sauce and cilantro. Mix well and pour onto meat or poultry. Discard any leftover sauce.

Makes 2 cups

This is a sweet BBQ sauce. Try it on any meat or poultry
