Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Whisk together the vinegar, mustard and honey. Add the salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil a little at a time. Taste for salt and pepper.
