Ingredients:

1 (5 ounce) can canned chicken
2 tablespoons salad dressing (e.g Miracle Whip)
1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1 large apples - peeled, cored and chopped
4 ounces chopped pecans
1/2 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
2/3 cup raisins
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1 Drain and flake the chicken, or if fresh, chop or shred into bite-size pieces.
2 In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, creamy salad dressing, sweet relish, apple, pecans, celery, raisins and salt and pepper. Mix well and serve on rolls or sandwich bread.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
