Ingredients
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. white pepper
- 32 ounces oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup honey
Directions
Mix vinegar, parsley, mustard, sugar and pepper. Then very slowly pour oil into mixture. Stream of oil should be no wider than a pencil. Mix thoroughly. Place vinaigrette and lime juice in food processor. With the processor on, slowly pour honey in. If the honey is not poured in slowly, it will not create a creamy consistency.
Makes approximately 1 quart.
