Ingredients
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, snipped
- 2 tablespoons finely minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon Rothchild Champagne Garlic Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup garlic flavored olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except olive oil. Slowly pour olive oil until well blended, whisking constantly. Refrigerate several hours. Shake before using.
