Ingredients:

1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup madeira or other red wine
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
juice of 2 lemons or limes
1 jalapeno chopped (very important)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2-4 pork tenderloins

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and marinate 2-4 pork tenderloins which have been cleaned of fat. Marinate overnight. Grill or bake. Cool and slice, can be served room temperature with small rolls.
