Lemon Margarita Cookies Recipe

1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 cups cool whip
sifted powdered sugar

Combine cake mix, topping and egg. Stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoonsful into powdered sugar and roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 min at 350. DO NOT OVER COOK!
