| Ingredients:
2 whole chicken breasts
8 slices swiss cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup,undiluted 1/4 dry white wine 1 cup stuffing mix 1/4 cup butter,melted
Directions:
Arrange chicken in lightly greased 13x9 pan. Top with cheese. Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Spoon sauce over chicken coating evenly and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350, 45-55 min. |
