Buttermilk Wheat Bread Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups buttermilk
1-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups bread flour 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 1 package(1/4 oz.) active dry yeast(2 1/4 tsp.)
Directions:
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order given. Select "white bread" setting. Bake according to bread machine directions. Yield: 1 loaf (1-1/2 lbs.) I just made this bread last night and it has a wonderful texture, very close to homemade.
