Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken Breast
  • Tempura Batter mix
  • Polynesia Sweet & Sour
  • Brown Sugar
  • Soy Sauce

Directions

I learned this through experimenting so it is not exact but I think you will like it.

Take your chicken, cut into bite size pieces and marinate in soy sauce for about 2 hours in fridge.

Dip chicken pieces in a tampura batter and deep fry.

In skillet take about 8 oz of sweet & sour sauce and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to simmer. You will need to stir often. Add to this about three tablespoons of brown sugar and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Again stir often.

Add deep fried chicken so that all pieces are coated. It should make a glaze.

For a spicier taste add some szechuan sauce instead of soy. I've also added plum sauce and oyster sauce for variations. Good luck.
