Turkish Shephard's Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 mild onion
  • 3 medium sweet peppers
  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch parsley (flat leaf)
  • olive oil
  • lemon
  • salt

Directions:
Slice the onion. Dice the tomatoes. Peel and cut the cucumber in small pieces. Remove the stalks and seems of the peppers and dice. coarsely chop the parsley. Mix everything together and sprinkle with salt. Garnish with olive oil and lemon juice.
