This is the only recipe i could find. Sorry it doesn't match exactly, but maybe you can use this as a base to find your own. Good luck.
Ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and bruised
- 1 med. sized yellow onion, peeled and minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 TBS minced celery leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 thin slices of lemon
Directions
Simmer all but the last two ingredients, covered, 20 minutes, then strain into a clean saucepan. Add cream and heat over the lowest heat 3-5 minutes; tste for salt and pepper adjustment and add more if needed. Serve hot with the lemon slices floating on top. Good with roast lamb or veal. About 10 calories per TBS.
