Haupia Recipe

1 c. coconut milk
2 c. fresh milk
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick. Stir frequently. Pour and cool in a buttered pan. When firm, cut into squares.
