Cheddar Mashed Potato Casserole Recipe

5 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 bunches chopped green onions (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 F.
