Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced fine
  • 1 pound beef cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tomatoes sliced

Directions

Put butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft. Add meat, pepper and paprika. Cook until meat is browned. Stir in 1 cup Kitchen Basics Beef Stock and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. When juice has evaporated, sprinkle with flour. Stir until bubbly. Add rest of Kitchen Basics Beef Stock and tomatoes. Cook together for 10 minutes. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
