Directions:
Sprinkle chops with salt. Brown in oil on both sides in fry pan. Add 1/2 cup of the apricot liquid. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes. Combinde cornstarchand remaining 1 cup apricot liquid; Add to chops. Continue simmering, stirring frequently, until liquid thickens. Add apricots and almonds. Cover; continue to simmer 10 minutes. Serve. 4 servings
