Ingredients:

  • lobster
  • shrimp

Directions:
The lobster comes out rubbery when its been boiled too long. They only take a 2-3 minutes, then you can take them out, split them, pull the meat up over the shell, brush with melted butter& parsley & stick under the broiler for an additional 3-5 minutes.

As for the shrimp, you can saute them in seasoned butter (your choice of seasonings), until pink. There again do not over cook or they will also get rubbery. Even jumbo shrimp take less than 5 minutes to cook.
You can also dip them into cornmeal & fry or any of the seafood fry mix/batter you find in the grocery store.

As a general rule of thumb, cook fish & seafood til pink or no longer opaque, fish will flake easily with a fork.
