Directions:
Take whole trout, brush with a light coating of olive oil, inside and out. Squeeze a lemon ove the trout, inside and out. Grill trout for 4-5 minutes a side (or till flakes with a fork) over charcoal or in oven at medium heat (350-375 degrees). Serve - if you have good trout, that is enough.
Personally, we don't care for the rich stuffings, etc. Serve with lightly steamed asparagus, orzo, cous cous, or some lightly sauteed veggies. Add a little good light white wine --- enjoy.
