Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg 2 small eggs
1 tsp vanilla
*granulated sugar as needed

Directions:

Heat oven to 325F. Combine peanut butter,granulated sugar, egg,and vanilla,and blend throughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place remaining sugar in a bowl and with a glass,flatten the cookies with the bottom of the galss dipped in sugar. Bake 14-16 minutes.
