Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- Topping:
- 4 eggs -- slightly beaten
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Mix and press crust ingredients into 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. While the crust is baking prepare the topping by mixing together eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour and baking powder. Pour the topping mixture over baked crust. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
