Ingredients:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with wax paper. Microwave for 3 minutes at high. Stir. Cover again. Microwave again for 4 to 5 minutes on high, or until the skins pop. Strain if desired. Pour into serving container. Refrigerate to thicken. Makes 8 servings. Cranapple Sauce: Add 1 small cored, peeled and grated apple to the cranberries. Increase zapping time by 1 minute. Cranberry and Orange Relish: Substitute 1 small seeded and chopped orange for the water. Use a food processor to chop the orange, if available. Proceed as directed, but reduce the power to medium for the second period of microwaving.
