Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch and orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir mixture until it becomes thick and bubbly. Add raspberries and heat until warm. Remove sauce from heat and set aside. Cut fresh peaches in half and remove pits. Place each half in glass dessert dish. Place a scoop of non-fat vanilla yogurt in each half (about 1/4 cup). Top with Melba Sauce and serve immediately. Serves 6.
