Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of roast beef or ham. Arrange on a platter. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and cayenne. Beat on high speed of electric mixer until cream forms stiff peaks. Serve horseradish cream with asparagus/meat roll-ups. Makes about 2 cups horseradish dip
