Horseradish Cream/Asparagus Roll-up Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked asparagus (fresh or canned)
1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef or cooked ham 1 cup heavy cream Juice of 1 lemon 2 to 4 tablespoons prepared horseradish, to taste 1 teaspoon salt Cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions:
Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of roast beef or ham. Arrange on a platter. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and cayenne. Beat on high speed of electric mixer until cream forms stiff peaks. Serve horseradish cream with asparagus/meat roll-ups. Makes about 2 cups horseradish dip |
