Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shelled pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Beat egg white and water with a fork till foamy. Add pecans to egg whites and water and mix well. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and sugar mixture and mix well till pecans are well coated. Spread out on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or till crispy and brown. Be sure to stir every 10 minutes.

Very good and fattening!


These make great gifts and are nice to serve at a holiday gathering.
