Directions:
Mix flour thru tartar with butter. Stir in buttermilk and egg. Knead 1 min. Flour board. Divide into quarters. Flatten to 6" diameter rounds 1 1/2" thick. Cut each into 4 pieces. Bake for 15 min. in 375 oven until lightly brown.
