Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1/3 cup Di Giorno Pesto
  • 1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • Crackers or Italian bread slices

Directions:
Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread mixture on bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Layer pesto, pimientos, mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over cream cheese. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with crackers or sliced Italian bread.______________
