Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • handful of parsley
  • 1 pkg. sliivered almonds
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions

n food processor puree first 6 items.
Add olive oil. slowly.
Puree until smooth
