I used sugar in first batch and juice was too sweet. You can find wine or juice grapes at produce markets this time of the year and can also buy juice.
- Concord or other water sugar optional Ball canning jars
wash, de-stem grapes and pack into clean jars , cover with boiling water and seal, boil in canner without bottoms touching for 45 minutes after water comes back to boil.You can also boil grapes to release juice strain but don't put through food mill ahten put in jars, and process for 30 min.
If grapes are sweet you shouldn't need any sugar.
