• 8 oz Macaroni
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup pitted black olives, whole or sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cups creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup grated Gouda Cheese


Cook and drain macaroni. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in large saucepan. Add pepper and olives, rigatoni and 1/4 cup parsley. Toss lightly and pour into shallow 2 quart baking dish. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, chili sauce and salt. Pour on top of macaroni mixture. Saute crumbs and walnuts in remaining butter until lightly browned. Sprinkle crumbs, nuts, remaining parsley and the grated cheese on rigatoni. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
