More Spanish Soup Recipes
Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Kg. of peeled Tomatoes
  • Aproximately 1/4 Kg of Bread
  • 1 glass of Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt and vinager to taste

Directions:
Just mix everything in a food processor. Add some more bread if the result is not consistent enough. Finally, serve with parma ham cubes or pieces of boilded egg.
