Lemon Cordial Recipe

4 Lemons, Or 1 1/2 Tsp Lemon Extract
1 Fifth Vodka Or Brandy
1 Cup sugar syrup or honey

Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith. Steep the peel in the alcohol base for two weeks;strain through cheesecloth and then add the sugar syrup or honey. If using lemon extract, steep in the alcohol. If using
honey and don't want it cloudy, let it sit for two weeks and then siphon off the clear liquid.
