Ingredients:

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry jello
  • 1 cup blackberry wine
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • Icing:
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup blackberry wine

Directions:
Cake: Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.

Icing: Mix in small saucepan. Bring to slow boil. Drizzle over thoroughly cooled cake
