Carmelized Walnuts Recipe

2 Tbs. Butter
1 large package chopped Walnuts
A little brown sugar - enough to coat
A little maple syrup - enough to coat

Heat all ingredients over low to medium heat on the stove top, in a sauce pan. Stir to coat. Spread the coated nuts onto tin foil on a cookie sheet and let sit over night. Put aside or store in covered container until using.
