Ingredients:

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 3oz. package gelatin,mixed fruit flavor
  • 1-1/3 cups cubed watermelon, seedless (small cubes)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour bundt pan (I spray them with Baker's Joy). In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into bundt pan and bake about 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
