Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. beef cubes
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup sherry-optional
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • sliced fresh/canned mushrooms
  • optional:
  • 1/4 cup flour and 2 tbl. butter in balls

Directions:
combine all in crockpot, cook low 8 to 10 hours, add mushrooms last hour of cooking
if you want a thicker gravy add flour and butter turn to high until it boils and thickens

serves 4


serve over rice all you need is a salad and frech bread freezes well
