Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup crushed Ice
  • 1 oz. light Rum (about 2 T)
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice (about 2 T)
  • 1/2 oz. cream of coconut (about 1 T)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until foamy, about 30 seconds. Garnish with fruit, if desired.
