Ingredients:

  • 3 sm Zucchini; sliced
  • 3/4 c Chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c Chopped onion
  • 1 pt Red kidney beans; rinsed
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 3 tb Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper

Directions:
Combine; chill at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
