Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe

Slice cucumbers 1/8"" to 1/4"" thick. Let drain on paper towels. Mix cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread thickly on bread and top with cucumber slice(s). Garnish with dill weed. Directions say make this recipe as close to serving time as possible, but storing with paper towels under bread and on top of cucumbers should be okay. Give it a try
