Directions:
Drain half the marinade from one jar of artichoke hearts into frying pan. Chop all artichokes and set aside. In frying pan, saute onion and garlic. In large bowl, beat eggs with whip. Add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and hot pepper sauce. Stir in parsley, cheese, artichokes, and onion mixture. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes; cool. Cut into 1"" squares. Serve cold or reheat at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. (You may use mini baking cups to make individual tidbits; adjust baking time.
