Directions:
shred cabbage grate carrots 1or 2 snip or chopped spring onions 2 tbs of sugar put in mayo enough to coat mix add salt and pepper to tast Half a cabbage will make serving for 4-6
This is for a creamy coleslaw
If you like vineagrette type
omit mayo and sugar
just add italian style salad dressing
