Ingredients
- -sliced zucchini
- -egg
- -bread crumbs
- -garlic pepper
- -parmesan/romano cheese
- -olive oil
Directions
Combine bread crumbs, garlic pepper and cheese in a shallow bowl and mix well, mix egg and put in a shallow bowl. Slice zucchini, dip in egg mixture, then in dry mixture. Place in frying pan well coated with olive oil. Cook until golden and crisp, turning once.
