Libi's Chinese Barbecued Chicken Marinade Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
< c soy sauce
1 T oil 3 T brown sugar 1 t. dry mustard = t. ground ginger 1 clove garlic minced/ or = - 1 t. garlic powder ( the more garlic the better)
Directions:
Mix together. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes. Grill until done, basting with marinade as it cooks. |
