Champagne Punch Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar 375 ml
  • (1/2 bottle) inexpensive Brandy
  • 5 bottles decent inexpensive Champagne. (25 oz/750 ml.)
  • 6 EACH, oranges, lemons and limes, sliced thin into rounds
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks (canned will do, but fresh is better),
  • 1/2 bag of ice in small cubes or crushed (more or less to fit the bowl.

Directions:
Combine sugar, brandy and fruit. Chill. Add to punch bowl, gently pour in 4 bottles of Champagne. To complete, garnish with strawberries and pour a final bottle of
champagne theatrically over the top.
