Champagne Punch for 50 Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 bottles champagne (25 oz. /750 ml.) ea.
  • 6 bottles dry Sauterne wine (25 oz./750 ml.) ea.
  • 1 bottle brandy (25 oz/750 ml.)
  • 3 cans sweetened grapefruit juice (48 oz.) ea.

Directions:
Chill all ingredients thoroughly. When ready to serve, combine in large chilled punch bowl(s). Make up 1/3 at a time if necessary. Allows about 3 punch cups (4 ounces) servings for 50 people. Makes 150 punch cups.
