Ingredients

  • 2 Lb. Catfish Fillets
  • 1/2 Cup Dale's Meat, Poultry And Seafood Seasoning (available in grocery stores)

Directions

Marinate fish 5 minutes per side in Dale's seasoning. Spray grill with
a non-stick coating. Grill fish over medium coals 5 minutes per side.
Check fish for flakiness when done.
