Baked Brussels Sprouts Au Gratin Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
2 10-oz. frozen Brussels sprouts
1 c boiling water 1 t salt 1/2 c grated sharp cheese 1/4 c butter 1/4 c spiced dry bread crumbs 1/3 c chopped walnuts
Directions:
Simmer Brussels sprouts in boiling, salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain; turn into greased 1-1/4 quart casserole. Dot with cheese. Melt butter in small fry pan; add bread crumbs and walnuts. Cook, stirring until lightly browned. Sprinkle over Brussels sprouts. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 10 minutes. 6 servings
