Ingredients:

3 ripe avocados(peeled & mashed)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tomato(finely chopped)
2(8oz)pkgs. cream cheese(softened)
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese(grated)
1 Tbsp. Tabasco
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine avocados, lemon juice and tomato. Blend remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Fold in avocado mixture. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Makes 3-4 cups.

Green food coloring may be used to enhance color.
