Green food coloring may be used to enhance color.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados(peeled & mashed)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tomato(finely chopped)
- 2(8oz)pkgs. cream cheese(softened)
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese(grated)
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions
Combine avocados, lemon juice and tomato. Blend remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Fold in avocado mixture. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Makes 3-4 cups.
